Event production that covers the room and the remote audience at the same time
Events move fast and don't repeat. Kinter Media approaches event video as a coverage operation: we map the run of show, position cameras where they need to be, and coordinate with AV and venue teams so every keynote, panel, performance and audience moment is captured without interfering with the experience on the ground.
When the event also needs to reach a remote audience, we run live streaming alongside the multi-camera recording. The stream goes out in real time to whichever platform the organizer chooses — YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, a custom RTMP endpoint or a branded event portal — while the isolated camera feeds record at full quality for post-event editing. The two workflows run in parallel and neither one compromises the other.
What shapes the scope of event video production
| Scope area | What we define before the event | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Camera plan and crew | Number of cameras, operator positions, roving vs. locked angles, and crew size based on venue layout and run of show. | Determines how many perspectives are captured and whether candid moments are covered alongside stage content. |
| Live streaming | Platform, encoder setup, bandwidth requirements, graphics overlays, lower thirds and switching approach. | A stream that drops mid-keynote is worse than no stream. The technical plan prevents that. |
| Same-day deliverables | Highlight length, approval workflow, on-site editor, and delivery channel (social, closing session, email). | Same-day turnaround requires advance planning around the run of show — it cannot be decided during the event. |
| Post-event content | Recap film, speaker breakout clips, testimonial selects, social cutdowns and archival masters. | Planning deliverables before the event ensures the crew captures the footage each piece needs. |
| Venue coordination | Power, internet, AV feed access, camera placement restrictions, load-in schedule and insurance requirements. | Venue logistics that surface on event day are expensive to solve. Advance coordination eliminates them. |
Typical event deliverables
| Deliverable | What it is | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|
| Same-day highlight reel | A 60–90 second edit of the day's best moments, set to music, ready for social or a closing-session screening. | Delivered on-site, evening of the event. |
| Full event recap film | A 3–5 minute produced piece with selected speakers, audience energy, venue atmosphere and branded messaging. | 2–3 weeks post-event. |
| Speaker and session breakouts | Individual edits of keynotes, panels or presentations, trimmed and titled for on-demand viewing or internal distribution. | 1–2 weeks post-event per session. |
| Social media cutdowns | Platform-formatted clips (vertical, square, landscape) pulled from the best 15–60 second moments across the event. | Same-day or next-day batch. |
| Live stream recording | Clean archive of the full streamed program with graphics, lower thirds and switched angles as broadcast. | Available immediately after the stream ends. |

Frequently asked questions
What types of events does Kinter Media cover?
Corporate conferences, product launches, galas, fundraisers, trade shows, award ceremonies, brand activations, panel discussions and hybrid events across Dallas and beyond.
How does multi-camera event production work?
We position multiple camera operators at planned angles to capture the stage, audience, details and candid moments simultaneously. A camera plan is prepared in advance based on the venue layout, run of show and deliverable needs.
Can you live-stream an event while also recording for post-production?
Yes. We run a live-stream feed to platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom or a custom RTMP destination while recording isolated camera feeds at full quality for post-event editing. The two workflows run in parallel.
What affects the cost of event video production?
The primary variables are the number of cameras and crew, event duration, whether live streaming is included, same-day deliverables, venue complexity, travel, and the scope of post-event editing.
Can we get a highlight reel the same day as the event?
Yes. We offer same-day highlight edits that can be shown at a closing session, shared on social media the evening of the event, or delivered to attendees before they leave. This requires an on-site editor and advance planning around the run of show.
Planning an event that needs video coverage or live streaming?
Share the event date, venue, run of show and what the content needs to do afterward. We will scope the crew, cameras, streaming setup and deliverables around what the event actually requires.
